A step towards Net Zero Carbon Emission Mission
India has abundant solar resources which should be optimally utilised. The Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and Govt. of India are encouraging the use of solar energy and giving incentives. This will also reduce carbon emissions and ultimately protect the environment. The government departments are taking initiatives to promote solar energy and supporting the industries in promoting the Net Zero Carbon Emission Mission targets by 2070.
National Solar & Electric Vehicle (NSEV) Expo 2025 is being organized by Uttar Pradesh Solar Development Association (UPSPDA) in collaboration with Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA), embodies the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Hon’ble Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in driving India towards a clean and sustainable energy futures.
Inspired by PM Modi’s mission for a green and self-reliant India and CM Yogi’s focus on making Utar Pradesh a solar energy hub, the expo aligns with the UP Solar Policy 2022-2027, targeting 22 GW solar capacity. This platform showcases advancements in solar energy, electric vehicles, and renewable technologies, while promoting collaboration and innovaatioamong key stakeholders.
